Samsung Galaxy Note II on Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint

Samsung's Galaxy Note II is officially available for pre-order on all major U.S. carriers now.

The phone-hybrid device, which has been dubbed a "phablet," has proved its staying power. Samsung reported that the first Note sold about 10 million in its first year. The company opened up sales of the Galaxy Note II Wednesday in the U.S. on some carriers, but has now made the device available on AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile.

Samsung announced the Galaxy Note II at the Internationale Funkausstellung (IFA 2012) in August. The device features a 5.5-inch display at 1280 x 720 pixel resolution, Android 4.1 operating system, front- and rear-facing cameras, 16 gigabyte memory and S Pen.
