But he's not out of the woods yet.

According to a celebrity website, a former VH1 reality contestant has filed a police report claiming Michael Lohan assaulted her while working on a reality show in New York.

"Rock of Love" star Cindy "Rodeo" Steedle claims Lohan "became violent and raised his hand" in her direction during a confrontation about compensation, reports TMZ.

He later "brushed his hand" on her "lower bottom" and grew "angry" when she rejected him.

According to a letter she sent to police obtained by TMZ, Steedle claims Lohan has been sending threatening e-mails and phone calls ever since the alleged incident. She wrote to police that she lives "in fear" for her life and child.

No official charges have been filed and Lohan completely denies the incident.

"Anyone in the house will tell you that she is lying," Lohan told TMZ. "I'd rather touch a hot stove, rather than her."

On Wednesday, Kate Major told a Southampton Town justice that she no longer wants to pursue criminal charges against Lohan for a fight she said they had last month in the home they shared in eastern Long Island.

Lohan was arrested last December and again in January on charges of violating an order of protection involving a fight with his previous girlfriend. Those charges also were eventually dropped.

Steedle appeared on VH1's lusty reality dating series "Rock of Love" - which stars Bret Michaels. She was kicked off four episodes into the first season, but has made subsequent appearances on the show.
