Phil Keoghan tours Christchurch [VIDEO] earthquake damage
(CBS) "The Amazing Race" host Phil Keoghan returned to his native Christchurch, New Zealand, to survey the damage caused by a 6.3-magnitude earthquake that struck last week, killing as many as 240 people.
Keoghan got a first-hand look at the devastation by flying over the city in a helicopter.

"This is very dramatic," he said. "When you're on the ground, you don't really get a sense of the enormity...the extensive area that's been damaged."
"It's quite emotional to see it from the air like this," Keoghan continued.
He also met up with with his old friend Bob Parker, who is now the mayor of Christchurch. You can watch that video below:
