PETA Names Nicole Richie 'Worst-Dressed'
"This pelt-wearing party girl is all animal skin and bones. She's an incredible shrinking woman with the heart to match," PETA said in its announcement.
In year's past, five to 10 celebrities have made up the annual list, which began in 2001.

Star Jones, Diana Ross and Paris Hilton all have been on it; Hilton topped last year's list. Her pal Lindsay Lohan was to be given this year's top honor, but apparently gave up fur days before the list was made public. Lohan's rep had no official comment about her client ditching fur.
Ashley Olsen, another rail-thin clotheshorse, took second place on the list.
"Wearing fur does add 20 pounds, but if Ashley wants to fill out her frame, we suggest using a fork instead," the animal rights group said in a statement.
Actresses Christina Ricci and Eva Longoria were also named by PETA.
"You'd think she'd be more sympathetic to the plight of rabbits considering the way she screws around like one on Wisteria Lane," PETA said of Longoria.
