ST. PETERSBURG, Florida (CBS/AP) The parents and estate of a young Florida woman who shot herself after she was interviewed by talk-show host Nancy Grace have dismissed a lawsuit against CNN and the host.

The lawsuit accused Grace, the host of a talk show on CNN's sister network HLN, of inflicting emotional distress on a 21-year-old mother, Melinda Duckett, during an interview about Duckett's missing 2-year-old son, Trenton.

Duckett shot herself Sept. 8, 2006, the day the taped interview was scheduled to be broadcast.

According to court records, the settlement calls for Grace to establish a $200,000 trust dedicated to finding the boy.

The lawsuit was filed four years ago in federal court. The dismissal and settlement agreement between Grace and the Duckett family lawyers were filed Friday and still need to be approved by a federal judge.
