ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Deputies say a Florida man was shot and killed before his body was found lying in the front yard of a home, reports CBS affiliate WKMG.

Neighbors heard gunshots between 2 and 3 in the morning, but didn’t call police until they saw the dead victim hours later, according to the Orlando Sentinel. 

When deputies arrived they found 26-year-old Stacey Bo Roberts shot and lying outside.

Roberts did not live at the home. 

The Orlando Sentinel reports​ that the property is the last house on a dead-end street, and its backyard is often used as a shortcut.

No other details were immediately available.
