Schieffer: Obama's re-election "a tactical victory"
President Obama, who rode a wave of hope to a historic victory in 2008, has been returned to office in an election of a different kind. "Face the Nation" anchor Bob Schieffer explains how the president's goal of a more bipartisan leadership wont be easy.
