NEW YORK (CBS) Even though Lindsay Lohan is out of rehab, the 24-year-old actress is not completely in the clear.
Judge Elden Fox spelled out the terms of Lohan's release Wednesday and told the unruly celeb that she was forbidden to drink alcohol and do drugs, and that she must attend numerous AA meetings throughout the week, as well as undergo mental health counseling, reports RadarOnline.com.
Lohan, who was rumored to be moving to New York with her mother Dina, was also told by Judge Fox that she must reside in the state of California until November 1, says the gossip site.
In order to ensure Lohan is complying with the judge's requests, she is also subject to random drug and alcohol testing at least twice a week.
If the young actress can not keep her end of the bargain, she will face 30 days in county jail for each violation, says RadarOnline.com.
Although Lohan was not present at Wednesday's hearing, her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley told RadarOnline.com that "[Lindsay's] very serious about her sobriety."
Lindsay Lohan was released from the UCLA Medical Center Tuesday after serving 23 days of her 90-day intensive rehabilitation sentence and 13-days of her 90 day sentence for violating her probation in a pair of DUI cases.
