NEW YORK (CBS) New exclusive photos of Leah Ignagni, NFL great Steve McNair's other-other-woman, have surfaced and only Crimesider has them.

Ignagni has been named by Nashville authorities as the second woman McNair was having an affair with in the time leading up to his death on July 4, 2009. McNair was married.

According to her own MySpace page, which has since been erased, Ignagni is 25-years-old.
Police believe Sahel Kazemi, 20, a Dave & Buster's waitress who had been dating McNair and believed they were going to move in together, shot and killed the football legend before turning the gun on herself in his Nashville apartment.
According to Kazemi's former roommate Emily Andrews, Kazemi had been suspicious that McNair was seeing someone else, and had even found a tampon in his condo, police state in a case summary, released earlier this week.
Ignagni also told police that she saw a woman follow her from McNair's Nashville condo to her own apartment, driving the same model and color vehicle as Kazemi's, according to the summary. Ignagni noted that she had seen the car parked outside her apartment several times after that occasion, the report states.
Police have stated they believe Kazemi was jealous and upset over financial problems before she took McNair's life and then her own.
