Kate Moss Lands Post-Rehab Gig

Kate Moss took her first modeling job since checking out of drug rehabilitation with a photo shoot for designer Roberto Cavalli on the Spanish island of Ibiza.

Moss, 31, spent two days on Ibiza for the shoot last week and was accompanied by her 3-year-old daughter, Cavalli said in a statement issued Tuesday through Moss's London spokesman.

Moss, who checked out of an Arizona rehab clinic Oct. 27, modeled the Italian designer's spring and summer collection for photos to appear next year in magazines, including Vogue and W, the statement said.

"Kate looks absolutely fantastic. She is confident and stylish and she works well with the Cavalli look. She is back working and doing what she does best and, like usual, she was really professional," Cavalli said.

Stuart Higgins, a spokesman for the model, distributed Cavalli's statement, but said Moss would not make any public comment about her experience in the clinic or her work.

She has other jobs lined up in cities including New York, Los Angeles and Florence, Italy.

Photos of her can next be seen Nov. 18 with the unveiling of the 2006 Pirelli calendar. Images for the prestigious calendar were shot before a British tabloid printed photos alleging to show Moss snorting cocaine, but Pirelli opted to keep her in its calendar.

Moss lost contracts with companies including Hennes & Mauritz AB and Chanel SA after the drug allegations became public. She checked herself into The Meadows clinic outside Phoenix in September.
