Jesse James' Ex Bails Out of Jail After Allegedly Harassing Reality Star

(CBS) Porn star Janine Lindemulder has been released from an Austin, Texas jail after her arrest for allegedly harassing her former husband, reality star Jesse James.

Lindemulder was arrested on Saturday after allegedly sending threatening e-mails and "abusive" voice mails to James, celebrity gossip site TMZ reports.

According to legal documents obtained by the site, James claims he received "chronic harassing telephone calls (at) all hours of the day and night."

The 44-year-old Lindemulder reportedly posted a $6,000 bail Sunday night, and is charged with three counts of misdemeanor harassment.

Lindemulder's past includes an arrest for attacking her ex-husband and a conviction for tax evasion, according to Radar Online.

Federal prosecutors in Aug. 2008 said Lindemulder failed to pay more than $200,000 in taxes owed to the Internal Revenue Service. She served six months behind bars.

James was awarded custody of their 6-year-old daughter, Sunny, in their divorce, while Lindemulder was serving time. After Lindemulder was released, James won the custody battle, claiming his ex was an unfit parent.
