Jay-Z hosts Made in America music festival
(CBS News) Jay-Z will be in Philadelphia on Saturday to kick off day one of his inaugural Made in America music festival.
The rapper will headline the two-day event, which will also feature performances by Skrillex, Calvin Harris, Gary Glark Jr., Run DMC, Drake, Jill Scott, Santigold, The Hives, and Passion Pit, among others. There are reports that Jay-Z may be joined on stage by his wife, Beyonce, but nothing is confirmed.
Pictures: Jay-ZNearly 30 acts will perform across three stages on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia's Fairmount Park on Saturday and Sunday. According to The Associated Press, city officials expect 50,000 paying fans each day.
Fans who can't make it to the show can tune in online. Live streams will be available here. Some proceeds will benefit United Way Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey.
Director Ron Howard and producer Brian Grazer will create a documentary about Made in America, due out next year.
