Is It a Business, or a Job?

I've long been an admirer of Michael Gerber and his classic, The E-Myth Revisited. Frankly I've yet to read anything that comes close to nailing what's necessary to create a viable, enjoyable small business.

That said, I don't agree with Mr G on everything. Indeed it's my disapproval of his view that all those working solo "don't have a business, they have a job" that caused us to strike up a business friendship a few years ago.

In this video, we have a lively debate on the topic and frankly I wish I'd been a fair bit tougher with him.
