Ingrid Visser, former Dutch volleyball star, and partner found dead in Spain, three arrested, officials say
(CBS/AP) MADRID - Police have found two bodies they believe to be those of missing former Dutch national volleyball star Ingrid Visser and her partner, Lodewijk Severein, the Interior Ministry said Monday.
Three suspects have been arrested in connection with the apparent killing of the couple.

The bodies were found in a lemon grove Sunday and "all signs indicated" they are those of Visser, 35, and Severein, 57, Joaquin Bascunana, an Interior Ministry official in the southern Murcia region of Spain, said. The corpses were buried at a shallow depth and Bascunana said forensic tests were continuing.
There were no immediate details on the cause of death.
Murcia's police chief reportedly told reporters the deaths of Visser and Severein appear to be the result of a business deal gone wrong between the couple and the three suspects.
The couple was last seen May 13 when they left a hotel in the city of Murcia. A doctor with whom they had an appointment the next day notified police when they failed to appear.
Bascunana said investigations initially led police to a house in the Murcia town of Molina de Segura where the couple was apparently killed, and that the bodies were later taken to Alquerias.
Police arrested a 36-year-old Spaniard on Saturday in the eastern coast city of Valencia, about 250 miles north of Murcia. A ministry statement Monday said two Romanians aged 47 and 60 were later arrested, also in Valencia, and are suspected of having carried out the killings.
According to the BBC, an ex-director of Murcia's volleyball team, identified by Spanish media as Juan Cuenca Lorente, is the 36-year-old Spaniard who was arrested.
Visser reportedly played for the team from 2009 to 2011.
