To a growing list of executive defections from Yahoo (NSDQ: YHOO), you can now add two more. Both come as Yahoo is reportedly getting ready for its third round of layoffs in just over a year.
Dan Foehner, VP of Sales Operations is joining Facebook, which has been undergoing a shake up of its own. CFO Gideon Yu left the company late last month, and the company has set lofty goals for its revenue growth this year (the target is growth of 70 percent). Presumably, it will be up to Foehner to deliver on some of that. Facebook Spokeswoman Brandee Barker says that Foehner will be part of the company's sales organization under VP of Global Sales Mike Murphy. Foehner's hiring was first reported by AllThingsD's Kara Swisher.
Dmitri Krakovsky, VP of Business and Marketplace Operations, and Sponsored Search, is leaving to join SuccessFactors. He will serve as vice president of product management at the employee performance management software firm.
