Hugh Dancy is a British actor who got his start on television in his native England.

On the big screen, the 31-year-old actor has played Prince Charming in "Ella Enchanted," D'Artagnan in "Young Blades" and Galahad in "King Arthur."

He also appeared in the films "Black Hawk Down" and "Tempo."

Dancy stars in the upcoming film "Blood and Chocolate," based on the teen novel by Annette Curtis Klause. He plays the human love object of a young female werewolf in the film, which is scheduled to open in January 2007.

He's nominated for best supporting actor in a movie or miniseries for playing Robert Devereux, Earl of Essex in "Elizabeth I."
