How to Be the Undercover Boss Employee of the Month and Win $5K

Are you overworked and underpaid? Aren't we all? Well, CBS.com wants to change that for one lucky, hard-working person who will be crowned Employee of the Year and awarded $5,000. The contest is inspired by Undercover Boss, the show that disguises executives and puts them on the front lines of their own companies.

To enter, make a 30-second video explaining why you, or someone you know, deserves to be named Employee of the Month and upload it to CBS.com. Each month users will vote for the person most deserving of the title. That person will move on to the Employee of the Year contest for a chance to win $5,000.
