Are you overworked and underpaid? Aren't we all? Well, CBS.com wants to change that for one lucky, hard-working person who will be crowned Employee of the Year and awarded $5,000. The contest is inspired by Undercover Boss, the show that disguises executives and puts them on the front lines of their own companies.

To enter, make a 30-second video explaining why you, or someone you know, deserves to be named Employee of the Month and upload it to CBS.com. Each month users will vote for the person most deserving of the title. That person will move on to the Employee of the Year contest for a chance to win $5,000.

For more information and to enter go to the contest page.

The contest runs through April 2011, and a finalist is chosen each month. So, get those cameras rolling and give yourself or someone you know some well-deserved recognition. And for some inspiration, watch Undercover Boss on Sundays at 9pm/8pm, ET/PT.
