House Judiciary Committee Members

Following is the list of members of the Republican-run House Judiciary Committee. The panel voted 21-16 along strict party lines Monday night to launch an open-ended impeachment inquiry of President Clinton.

Overseeing a wide range of issues, the committee has jurisdiction over legal matters that include amendments to the Constitution and subversive activities that affect the internal security of the United States.
