Hey Borat! No, It's Just a Guy in a Green Women's One-Piece

Kevin Miller, 41, was charged with public indecency and menacing after harassing women and girls at Little Miami River in Sugarcreek TWP, Ohio.

NEW YORK (CBS/AP) We're still not sure what drove one Ohio man to chase women and girls while wearing a green one-piece women's swimsuit with an amply stuffed bra underneath, but we do know he won't be flaunting the ensemble again anytime soon.

Forty-one-year-old Kevin Miller appeared in Xenia, Ohio Municipal Court on Thursday, where he pleaded guilty to two counts of public indecency and one count of menacing and was sentenced to three years probation.

According to CBS affiliate WHIO Dayton, Miller lives with his mother, Peggy Miller, who says she's just as confused as everyone else.

"He's going through some mental issues right now and we're waiting for results to see what helps him," she told the station.

However, Peggy Miller told reporters she doesn't understand why her son's escapades have drawn so much attention. "I don't really get the hoopla about it. It's amazing. It's gone national and on the internet. I don't get that part of it."

Luckily for the ladies of Xenia, Ohio, Miller's strict probation period includes a 9 p.m. curfew and an order to remain more than 100 yards from the Great Miami River, where the harassment took place. He has also been ordered to have no contact with those who witnessed him in the outfit and to continue his mental health counseling.

Maybe he just watched Borat one too many times.
