Heidi Montag Calls Off Divorce
SANTA MONICA, Calif. (CBS/AP) The Speidi divorce has been called off.
Court records show that the divorce proceedings between Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have been dismissed.
Montag requested the action Wednesday without prejudice, meaning she could refile it later if necessary.
She filed for divorce in July, a month after filing for legal separation, but decided to take her husband back after he publicly apologized to her and the two spent time together in Costa Rica.
"We are back together trying to make things work," the couple told People magazine Thursday. "Costa Rica really put things in perspective. We do love each other and realized we do want to spend the rest of our lives together."
The reality show couple appeared on MTV's "The Hills," which filmed their relationship and wedding.
The dismissal was first reported Thursday by celebrity website TMZ. The two married in April.
