Authorities said 28-year-old Valle chatted online with an unidentified person in July about abducting, cooking and eating the body parts of several women, the newspaper reported. A Manhattan federal grand jury indicted Valle on charges of kidnapping conspiracy and illegally accessing a law-enforcement database.

Valle allegedly kept computer files on more than 100 women, including their photos and addresses, according to a federal complaint. The Post reports that Valle stalked one of his intended victims while in uniform and in a police car.

Valle has been repeatedly denied bail since his arrest in October, the newspaper reported. His arraignment is scheduled for Monday. If convicted, he could face up to life in prison.
