Foxwell's funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Emmanuel Wesleyan Church in Salisbury, about 115 miles southeast of Baltimore.

Local donors, who wish to remain anonymous, are paying for the funeral, John Holloway of Holloway Funeral Home told CBS affiliate WBOC-TV.

Foxwell was abducted from her home the night of Dec 22. Her body was found on Christmas Day near the Delaware-Maryland border after a massive search that included more than 3,000 volunteers.

Thirty-year-old Thomas Leggs Jr. of Salisbury has been charged with kidnapping and burglary in the girl's disappearance. He was dating the girl's aunt. Leggs, a registered sex offender in Maryland and Delaware, is being held without bond.
