Evan Rachel Wood chops off her hair

(CBS) Flowing tresses, no more! Actress Evan Rachel Wood has swapped her long, blonde hair for an edgy, pixie cut.

The 23-year-old debuted her new look Tuesday at HBO's "True Blood" season 4 premiere in Los Angeles.

For the event, stylist Mara Roszak, who is responsible for Wood's new look, left the sides of her hair flat and used styling wax for the tousled top, according to People magazine.

This isn't the first time Wood's has drastically switched up her style. Along with being a blonde, the actress (and onetime Marilyn Manson fiancee) has sported both red and dark brunette locks in the past.
