JOLIET, Ill. (AP) There's another new judge in Drew Peterson's murder case. Two weeks ago the prosecution requested that the original trial judge be replaced. The defense, in turn, asked for a new judge of their own.

So judge number two, Carla Alessio-Policandriotes, is out. And judge number three, Stephen White, is in.

White scheduled a court date Wednesday to hear other motions, including a state request to seal discovery. Peterson was at Monday's hearing.
