Dress For Success

On our plaza with some of the women who got a jump start and are still getting support from Dress for Success.
We have had a great week with one of my favorite charities, Dress for Success. For years, I have been donating all my work clothes and separates to this organization, which helps women get back on their feet by dressing them for job interviews. Women who are disadvantaged, or have been in abusive relationships and who need to re-enter the workplace, find clothing and support in Dress for Success. It's amazing how something simple like a gently-worn professional outfit can lead to a new job and a new life! They also need shoes and bags and coats. There are Dress for Success office, too, so for more info, check out their Web site.

Now that we are switching our clothes from summer to fall, it's a great time to think about giving some things away. Thanks for helping to change another woman's life for the better!
