UPPER DARBY, Pa. (CBS/KYW) A Pennsylvania woman claims she got groped by Donald Duck -- well, whoever was wearing the costume that day -- and she's suing Disney for over $50,000 in damages, for the "permanent" injuries she suffered.

For April Magolon, Disney World was far from the most magical place on earth back in May 2008,  when she says a Disney employee in a duck suit grabbed her breast and molested her.

It happened, says the 27-year old woman from Upper Darby, Pa., while she was vacationing with her family at Epcot Park.  She told authorities the sailor-clad character touched her when she approached for an autograph, reports CBS affiliate KYW. Magolon was reportedly holding her child at the time.

She claims the harassment brought on post-traumatic stress disorder and that she now suffers from "severe physical injury," a "shock to her entire nervous system," "muscle contraction headaches," "acute anxiety," "nausea, cold sweats, insomnia, nightmares, flashbacks, digestive problems" and other conditions that are "permanent in nature," reports Philly.com.

Mogolon's lawsuit seeks monetary damages for negligence, infliction of emotional distress and battery.

The website spoke with Disney representative Bryan Malenius, who stated, "We've not seen the plaintiff's complaint and we will respond appropriately in court."

What the duck?
