DMX Misses Court Hearing

DMX is in trouble with the law — again.

He was due at a court hearing in White Plains, New York, today — but didn't show.

And the judge handling the case has had enough. City Court Judge Barbara Leak has issued an arrest warrant for DMX.

His lawyer promises DMX will show up for court tomorrow. The lawyer says the rapper had actually flown from Arizona to New York for the appearance but apparently is ill. She doesn't specify what's ailing him.

DMX was pulled over earlier this month for speeding and making unsafe lane changes. He didn't have a driver's license on him at the time.
