Dave's traveled more than 1,500 miles already from Santa Monica, Calif.

By Wednesday morning, he made it from Highlands Ranch, Colo. to the headquarters of Omaha Steaks in Omaha, Neb.

Dave met up with the Simon family. They've been in the steak business for five generations. And Dave's now learning a lot about cattle. He's being paid $12 an hour to slice steaks at the company.
