NEW YORK (CBS/AP) 2009 has been a hell of a year for sex tape scandals. This year's cast of characters ranges from the world's greatest golfer to California's most embarrased fifth grade teacher.

Our top ten list has its share of politicians, beauty queens, porn stars and athletes, but also regular people who never imagined their sexual escapades would make the front page.

One thing that was truly different in 2009, was how technology changed the game. Text messages, dashboard cameras, and Internet video can now ruin a reputation at lightning speed.

One can only guess how people's dirty business will get aired in 2010. For now, enjoy the best of 2009.
