SAVANNAH, Ga. (CBS/AP) A Chatham County grand jury has indicted Brandon Kent, a Georgia man who police say killed 26-year-old Thai Lam after Lam posted an advertisement on Craigslist to sell his motorcycle.

Kent, 26, was indicted Wednesday in Lam's August murder.

Police say Lam was shot to death in the garage of his home after meeting someone at his residence to sell a Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle that he had advertised on the website.

Kent is also facing other charges, including possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, assault with a deadly weapon, armed robbery with a handgun, and fleeing and eluding in an attempt to avoid arrest by operating the motorcycle at speeds in excess of 20 mph above the posted speed limit.

Kent was being held in jail without bond Wednesday.
