Amy Winehouse leaves rehab after a week

(CBS/AP) Singer Amy Winehouse has checked out of the treatment program in London she entered about a week ago.

The 27-year-old's spokesman Chris Goodman said Thursday that Winehouse is now looking forward to touring Europe this summer and is "raring to go."

She will continue to be seen as an outpatient at the Priory Clinic, which offers treatment for a range of psychiatric problems, as well as drug and alcohol addiction. Goodman did not specify why Winehouse was there.

Winehouse checked into the treatment facility on May 25. A source close to the "Rehab" songstress told People magazine that it was her father that encouraged her to seek help.

Winehouse's breakthrough disc, 2006's "Back to Black," won her five Grammy Awards and helped her achieve worldwide stardom, but her music has been overshadowed by drug use and run-ins with the law.

Goodman said Winehouse was grateful for messages of support sent by fans since she entered the clinic.

According to her website, she is due to play in Belgrade on June 18.
