The Yemen branch of Al Qaeda in the Arab Peninsula released an Internet statement dated August 8, which claimed responsibility for a bomb attack on a police patrol under the 'Makla' bridge in Hadramout. The group said the attack was in support of Jihadis jailed in government prisons.
