Adorable: Twin polar bear cubs take a stroll

Twin polar bears Gregor and Aleut make their first public appearance in this adorable video shot at the Nuremberg Zoo in southern Germany.

The two take a stroll, fall down and have their first swim all under the watchful eye of their mother, Vera.

The outing comes just a few days after the unexpected death of Knut - the popular polar bear who rose to fame after his mother rejected him as a cub.

Unlike Knut, who was hand-reared at the Berlin Zoo, Gregor and Aleut have been accepted by their mother and their rearing can be watched by visitors to the zoo.
