3 hurt in blast that levels North Texas house

LEWISVILLE, Texas Officials believe they've accounted for everyone who might have been in a North Texas home leveled during an explosion.

One man in the home was injured, as were two firefighters. Lewisville Assistant Fire Chief Brian Freed says crews will search the debris, but officials don't think anyone else was in the structure.

The blast happened Friday afternoon in Lewisville, about 20 miles northwest of Dallas.

The injured men were taken to Medical Center of Lewisville. Freed says the injured man is in intensive care after surgery. One of the firefighters remains hospitalized with chest pains but is expected to recover. The other firefighter has been treated and released.
