Study: 1 In 4 Abandon Apps After One Use
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Most people have several apps downloaded on their smartphone.
But how often do they actually use them?
According to analytics firm Localytics, nearly one in four people only use a mobile app once and then that's it.
The study said that while user retention rate has risen from 34 to 38 percent over the last year, 62 percent of users will use an app less than 11 times.
