Woman critically injured in Northwest Miami‑Dade shooting
Miami‑Dade deputies say a woman was found shot around noon near NW 22nd Avenue and 82nd Terrace and rushed to the hospital in critical condition. A suspect was later taken into custody in North Lauderdale after deputies stopped the vehicle he was driving. Investigators say they still don’t know the relationship between the suspect and the victim or what led to the shooting, and charges have not yet been announced.
