Universal Orlando is under scrutiny after altering a state report on the death of 32‑year‑old Kevin Zavala, who was found unconscious on the Labubus Racers ride in September. The park initially cited a preexisting spinal condition, but a follow‑up report omitted that detail. A medical examiner later ruled Zavala died from multiple blunt impact injuries.
