The United States military could be laying the groundwork for potential action on Cuba. CBS News is reporting that, according to an internal Army message the U.S. Army Reserve is examining whether it can provide Southern Command with police forces, medical personnel and other support units in the next four months. The message makes no reference to Cuba.
