Tropical Storm Erin expected to strengthen into a hurricane on Friday

NEXT Weather meteorologist Lissette Gonzalez says on Thursday morning Erin was moving westward at 17 mph with sustained winds of 50 mph. It is expected to start a west-northwestward movement on Thursday night.
