Split verdict reached in trial of former South Florida coach

A jury delivered a split verdict in the trial of a former athletic coach and part-time security monitor at Downtown Doral Charter Upper School. The defendant was found guilty on four charges, including offenses against students by an authority figure and video voyeurism, and not guilty on three others. The crimes occurred two years ago. Sentencing is scheduled for next month.
