South Florida programs in place for when homeless get banned from sleeping in public spaces
On October 1, a new Florida law goes into effect, which bans people from sleeping in public places. CBS News Miami's Ted Scouten traveled throughout Fort Lauderdale with housing navigators to speak with the city's homeless population about their living situations.
