Showers, storms pop up in South Florida leading to renewed concerns of flooding
Showers and thunderstorms began to develop across parts of South Florida on Tuesday afternoon, and as CBS News Miami NEXT Weather meteorologist Lissette Gonzalez explains, it won't take too much rain to lead to more areas of flooding.
