Pembroke Pines toddler hospitalized after near-drowning Sunday

First responders say a toddler between 1 and 2 years old was found unresponsive after a near-drowning on Southwest 7th Street Sunday afternoon and was rushed to a nearby hospital as investigators work to learn the child’s condition.
