Miami man arrested after body found in cooler outside local bar

A Miami man has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder after confessing to killing a man with a metal pipe and placing the body in an ice cooler outside the Chicagoan Bar and Lounge. The victim was discovered last Friday by bar employees.
