Man accused of throwing German shepherd from truck in Pembroke Pines
A 60-year-old delivery driver is facing animal cruelty charges after police say he was caught on camera throwing a malnourished elderly German shepherd from his vehicle in Pembroke Pines, leaving the injured dog abandoned.
