Man accused of fatally stabbing mother in Brickell high-rise
A judge ordered 36-year-old Stefano Cremascocicero to remain in custody after he was charged with second-degree murder in the stabbing death of his mother. His attorney did not contest pretrial detention in bond court after learning Cremascocicero had an ICE hold.
