Jury to soon decide punishment for Jason Banegas, convicted of killing Hollywood police officer

A jury will soon decide whether Jason Banegas, the man who pleaded guilty to killing Hollywood police Officer Yandy Chirino, will spend the rest of his life in jail or be sentenced to death.
