Husband of Coral Springs Vice Mayor held without bond in connection with her killing
Stephen Bowen, the husband of Coral Springs Vice Mayor Nancy Metayer Bowen, was ordered to be held in jail without bond after he was accused of killing her inside their home on Wednesday.
