Hurricane Melissa to bring catastrophic flooding, possible landslides to Caribbean
Hurricane Melissa strengthened to a Category 5 storm early Monday, Oct. 27, as it neared Jamaica, threatening to bring catastrophic flooding, landslides and widespread damage to homes and infrastructure.
