California man accused in Biscayne Bay hit-and-run that injured swimmer, Florida officials say
A California man was arrested for allegedly hitting a swimmer in Biscayne Bay and then leaving the scene while driving a personal watercraft on Saturday, according to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
